At the Tyler Medical Clinic, we are dedicated to our patients. The personal caring of the Clinic staff has been a characteristic of the institution since the beginning. We understand the problems and emotional stress of infertility and offer every possible assistance - that is what makes the Tyler Medical Clinic the most firmly established institution in this part of the country, and allows us to favorably compare our results with other institutions in the United States and abroad. 

• The Tyler Medical Clinic has been measuring the various reproductive hormones for decades and since the late 1970's has used ultrasound examination to help diagnose and optimally treat patients. Hormone testing and ultrasound examination is performed by our in-house staff, usually the same day.
   

• In our IVF/G.I.F.T. program, egg recovery is scheduled when we know that ovulation is imminent - not when it might be convenient to the physicians and hospital staff. We do not use universal rigid protocols to prepare the patient for these procedures and we do not use drugs in order to schedule the patient at "convenient" times. Every patient is different, and it is our philosophy to treat our patients as such.
   

• The Tyler Medical Clinic staff provides state-of-the-art services for our patients, and we always make ourselves available when needed. We have flexible office hours to allow our patients to be seen with minimal job interference. In fact, the Clinic has never been closed for two consecutive days, and in the case of sequential holidays we are available on Sunday or the holiday. Telephone calls are always returned the same day. Most importantly, diagnosis and treatment are not delegated to less experienced professionals - our patients are always seen by their doctor.
   

• Our involvement with our patients does not end with medical advice and care. When asked, we also handle the billing for insurance carriers. The requirements of insurance companies are becoming complex and our experienced staff has assisted numerous patients in obtaining benefit payments which rightfully belong to them, even after initial insurance company denial. Patients are not charged for this service.
