| Dedicated To Patient Care |
 |
| At the Tyler Medical Clinic, we are dedicated to
our patients. The personal caring of the Clinic staff has been a characteristic
of the institution since the beginning. We understand the problems
and emotional stress of infertility and offer every possible assistance
- that is what makes the Tyler Medical Clinic one of the most firmly
established institution in this part of the country, and allows us
to favorably compare our results with other institutions in the United
States and abroad. |
 |
One factor that has contributed to the great number of successful pregnancies over the years is our personal attention to each patient as an individual and treatment like in vitro fertilization(IVF), Tubal reversal and many more.
While there may be a specific number of procedures used in the field of infertility medicine, each patient comes with a unique history. At Tyler Medical Clinic we always have this in mind, and from the first appointment, the doctor takes a very thorough personal medical history, but also gets to know the patient so that the individual needs of the patient can be met at all times.
We remember that together with the patient we are a team, and the
best chances for a successful pregnancy depend on our trust in each
other and our ability to work together at all times. Therefore we
communicate regularly and openly with each patient, and we provide
as much support and compassion as we can to make the patient feel
that we can both succeed. |
 |
In our IVF/G.I.F.T. program, egg recovery is scheduled when we know that ovulation is imminent - not when it might be convenient to the physicians or our staff. We do not use universal rigid protocols to prepare the patient for these procedures and we do not use drugs in order to schedule the patient at "convenient" times. Every patient is different and it is our philosophy to treat our patients as such.
IVF, PGD, Surrogacy.
Another important factor that has lead to the tremendous success of the Tyler Medical Clinic has to do with our long time experience with our medical procedures. After over 60 years of practice we've perfected many of the procedures that other clinics have only recently started to become comfortable with. But it wasn't until after the Tyler Medical Clinic produced one of the first successful In Vitro pregnancies, that so many clinics have been opening across the country.
The third most important factor in the success of the Tyler Medical Clinic is that we have all facilities at our location.
We do our own lab work so that the testing and analyzing of hormone changes can be done within hour or even minutes.
Another important feature is that we own our own sperm bank. And since the transport of frozen sperm is very delicate and takes time, this has always contributed to unsuccessful pregnancies for clinics. Remember, that when the eggs are retrieved, the sperm must be introduced within a short window of time. Very often the delivery of sperm from the sperm bank is unpredictable, and on top of this, the sperm sample itself can not be tested for viability until it arrives.
If the sample is unsuitable, which often happens, then the bank has to deliver an additional specimen, and more valuable time is lost. We have the ability to immediately introduce a sperm sample, test its viability, and if necessary introduce a different sample within minutes.
Our embryologist is also on staff at our facilities, and so again the delicate timing that is involved in IVF with ICSI procedures and cell division of the embryo can be taken care of immediately.
So, when you combine our excellent patient attention and care, with our long careful experience and add our superior facilities, you can begin to understand why Tyler Medical Clinic has greater overall success with healthy pregnancies than many other clinics.

High Pregnancy Success Rate
for Women 31 - 49 |
 |
Tyler Medical Clinic has one of the best success rates for healthy pregnancies and live births in all age groups,
however we excel in the greatest success in achieving pregnancies in women who are between the ages of 31 and 49.
The reason for this is simple. As both men and women age their individual health characteristics become more pronounced.
Often issues that are obstacles to a successful pregnancy are more amplified
with more maturity, and it is actulally easier to isolate these issues and treat them faster.
Over the years Tyler Medical Clinic has done more research and successfully treated women in the
age group of 31 - 49, leading them to healthier pregnancies than other clinics.
And because the Tyler Medical Clinic is always on the cutting edge of medical technology
and precodures, our pregnancy success rate is getting higher, especially in this age group.

For women above the age of 40, the Tyler Mecial Clinic will not turn them away, as some other
clinics do, but we do examine them on an individual basis, as with all our patients, and we
advise them on the difficulties in pregnancy beyond this age.

the procedures and medications can be expensive, they are generally harmless, and if a patient
